Collective Return Policies
Ancestral Raw Nutrition
All sales are final due to the nature of our products; we will not accept any return, exchange, or refund any products, we may, at our discretion, send you a new product, for the cost of taxes and shipping and handling. If you feel you would like to contact us regarding a return or refund, please submit your request to support@thegoodpetcollective.com and be sure to include your order number, the date of purchase and a detailed description with photos if possible, to describe the reason for your request.
Ava's Pet Palace
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- We will need to know your order number.
- Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
- All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
- Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Ava’s Pet Palace reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
Bolder K9
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without additional charges, as long as the order has not been made, packaged or shipped. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thegoodpetcollective.com. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer replacements for any defects to materials.
All of our packages come standard with insurance. If you do not receive a package, you will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. Free replacements are sent on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. If your package has been shipped to a mail forwarder, we are not able to assist with tracking down a package once it has left the country. We require that all packages are delivered directly to a residence, business or postal location you physically have access to.

Everyone at CountryPet Naturals is committed to ensuring customers and their pets are 100% satisfied with our products. In the event that there is a problem with any of our products, please contact us for a refund within 15 days of your purchase date. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes.
Due to the high cost of shipping, we never ask our customers to return products to us, especially frozen food items. Instead, we ask that you donate any unspoiled and unopened food to your local animal shelter. We stand by the quality of our products and would much prefer they are used to feed an animal in need, rather than go to waste.
So just how can we do this? That answer is easy. CountryPet Naturals pet foods are comprised of high quality ingredients. We take great pride in our products and are very confident that your pets will fall in love with our food, just as ours have. That said, food safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities, so in the rare case there is an issue, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund.
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth replacement or refund process.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we require a valid order number or proof of purchase. If items are damaged in transit, please note the condition of the packing materials and provide a photograph. Our policy lasts 15 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Cork Haven
Returns accepted however Cork Haven LLC will NOT be responsible for the shipping cost to return any packages. All regular Cancellations/Returns are charged a 15% Restocking Fee from the order total. Refunds are given minus the original shipping cost and 15% Reatocking Fee.
Doggy Do Good®
Take comfort in knowing that your purchase gives back and that we stand behind our products with a 30-day no hassle return policy, and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
DogGoods Do Good®
Returns and refunds for non-DogGoods Do Good Branded products is good for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Farm To Pet
We have an unlimited satisfaction guarantee and refund policy with our pet treats, which means there is no limit after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. Please contact us at hello@farmtopettreats.com to initiate and process a refund.
Healthy Paws Herbal Labs
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Jolly Pets
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Pupwell
We have a 30-day, return policy. Which means you have 30 days to decide if you love your product, or return it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.
Rabbit Hole Hay
While we generally don't accept physical returns due to the high cost of shipping. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know!
We have 2 different options for you to choose from:
1. Free Replacement - we will quickly ship you a replacement order at no cost.
2. 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee - if our product isn't right for you and your small pet, we will give you a full refund.
Savannah Pet Foods
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Savannah Pet Food. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 180 days of receiving your item to request a return.
SodaPup
We guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you feel that a product you purchased is defective please contact customer service at info@sodapup.com and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise.
Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. We recommend supervised play for all our toys.
Nylon Toys: Hard nylon toys wear down with use. As the dog chews these toys, bits of the material will be scraped off. This is normal and not covered by our guarantee.
Rubber Toys: Chewy rubber toys do not get worn down like nylon toys. Teeth punctures in the rubber are normal wear and tear. However, if your dog chews off large chunks of rubber, then you should remove the toy. We will replace those toys if it occurs within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at info@sodapup.com with a proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged toy.
Feeding eBowls, eTrays, and eMats: These feeding devices are covered for material and workmanship, however, they are not chew toys and therefore are not warrantied against destruction. Pets should be supervised during use.
Springer
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Doghouse Coffee
Our policy extends to a 30-day return period for damaged apparel items. You have the option to exchange the item or receive a refund. Please contact The Good Pet Collective if you think that you have a defective product.

Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund. Returns are accepted only for items that have been purchased directly from Wholistic Pet Organics. We do not accept expired product. If our supplement was purchased through a third party (Amazon, Independent Retailer, etc.), the item must be returned where purchased and will follow their return policy.

Returns may only be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Mr. Peanut's Pet Carriers
You are welcome to return any unused, undamaged product along with all accessories. Please do not return any used item, those are best donated to a local pet shelter as they are always in need.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and repacked in the condition as when you received it, along with all accessories please.
Any item not in its original and new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or an item that shows signs of use is subject to a restocking fee and cost of the return label

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days as long as the product is new and un-used. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be NEW, unaltered, free of dog hair, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Custom orders CANNOT be returned. This includes custom colors, sizes, and hardware alterations. All refunds must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Orders will be refunded minus any cost paid for shipping by us in the original transaction and up to a 10% restocking fee.

- You can exchange your product within 30 days at no cost to you.
- Please note, if the product is damaged or returned damaged then please refer to our chew through policy and we will be happy to ship you a new product for $25, no questions asked.
Lifetime Warranty
- All products come with a lifetime warranty that covers all manufacturers defects. No questions asked.
- Carmella & Rose covers the cost of shipping for all manufacturing defects.
Chew Warranty
We understand that pups sometimes get into mischief and we want to help.
- For $25 we will replace your damaged product which includes shipping back the damaged product and shipping a new product to you.
- Carmella & Rose will pay for the labor, the $25 is to help cover shipping and the products components.
Returns

- All products (used and unused) can be returned within the 30-day trial period at no cost to you.
- Please note, if the product is damaged or returned damaged then please refer to our chew through policy (located in this policy) and we will be happy to ship you a new product for $25, no questions asked.

30-day return policy. You’ll need to have the order number and the name, address, and email from the order placed.
Huntaway
If you believe the Huntaway Inc you receive is defective or you are not 100% Satisfied with Huntaway Inc for any reason, get in touch with us within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product and we will promptly provide your choice of a full replacement or refund to the value of your order.
Huntaway Inc will happily accept returns of unopened bags of freeze-dried, treat and chew products within 15 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our frozen product, Huntaway Inc does not accept returns or exchanges for frozen products.
MAVPAC
While MAVPAC does not accept returns, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. If you need to exchange apparel for a different size, please contact support@thegoodpetcollective.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Customers will be charged are responsible for a $10.00 flat rate shipping cost for the exchanged item(s). Please note that items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. If the item is not in its original condition, customers can be denied exchange and will receive their original item back and return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Items such as the MAVPAC itself, Reusable Water Bottle and Pop-Bowls are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. If MAVPAC agrees to accept the return of an item marked as final sale, the customer must cover the shipping costs to return the product.
Bridles & Reins
You can return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to authorize your return.
The item(s) must be in the same condition & packaging in which it is received with intact labels.
One Fur All
We stand behind all of our products. If, for any reason, you are not thrilled with any product purchased on our site, simply send it back to us. We will refund to you 100% of the purchase price of the product or, if you prefer, we will exchange it and credit you 100% of the purchase price paid for that product. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Tuft + Paw
We accept furniture returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included.
Kitty Town Coffee
We don't accept returns as the majority of our products are food items, and due to food safety concerns we are unable to accept returns of food products. In the event that you received the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or any other quality issue, we may provide you with store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
In the event that we do accept a return, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
